Ok here are the rules you can use the design, You can not use the art or we will have a problem on this one sense I am not using a base lol XD. I deleted the old design so this is the new.

Its based of Mangle by Scott so its his original design I just ponified it and put some teal in it.

You can use the design for anything I don't care accept you must credit it back to Scott because Mangle is his.

Also thank this cool person, 1Cat0Thingy For point out some mistakes I had made which inspired me to a redraw so thank you. :3 <3

Also best part about this being a new post is I can make it more clear on the rules than the last on lol. <3
